Floors in two show homes, and more!

Three Projects, and counting

"Tyler has done three projects - three different build-outs, including Delano’s, a restaurant in Lake Mary. The floors there are gorgeous and two-and-a-half years later, we still get great comments about the floors. He did a spa for me, Peaceful Intentions Spa, that had a similar texture on the floor, just a different color. Just recently, he did an expansion of Delano’s and matched the floors in the kitchen and dining area. He did the work in a very timely manner. His crew came in Friday and finished up on a Sunday." Shaw also notes that her company has given Tyler and ACT repeat business because, "You can always get a hold of him. If I do have a problem or concern, they come right out and check on it - no questions asked."

Two-car garage

A construction firm that has completed over $1 billion worth of projects in Florida, said ACT has worked on a number of Walker projects. Fisher said he was so impressed, he hired the company to do his two-car garage at home.

Replacing home carpeting!

ACT replaced existing carpeting with its beautiful coated floors for a major hotel undergoing a dramatic renovation in Lake Buena Vista, FL. He said he thought the company performed with excellence for TPG Construction of Cranston, RI, a major construction firm with projects throughout the country.

Several New Garage Floors

Victor Farina, a member of the prestigious Master Custom Builder Council in Central Florida, said ACT handled the flooring for his Parade of Homes showcase residence in 2008 and several other projects. ACT President Tyler Nelson and his team were "very educated and experienced", said Farina, and the new garage floor definitely pleased the homeowners.

"It surely can make an old garage floor more vibrant and it’s impervious to anything you want to put on it. So far, the durability has been great. We just haven’t had any reports of damage ... and it doesn’t seem to lose any of its coloring and it makes it easy to sweep or wash out your garage floor."
